What the sheet contains
- Four legs, with current added or subtracted and wind as a factor on pace.
- An out-and-back return that flips with and against, and flips head and tail.
- A turnaround clock when the full route does not fit the sunset you typed.
- Who, where, when, and the emergency contacts you enter.
- A gear list that grows for a long day, cold water, wind, or coastal water.
